How can I make a reservation?

To book, visit our website and choose your dates and accommodation in just a few clicks. For further information, please contact us on 02 51 58 05 74.

Do you accept vacation vouchers?

Yes, we accept paper vacation vouchers (please take into account the delivery times for your payments) as well as ANCV Connect dematerialized vacation vouchers.

What payment methods do you accept?

To offer you maximum simplicity when booking your stay at our independent 4-star family campsite in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, we accept the following methods of payment:

When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?

The balance of your stay must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival at the campsite. Please allow for postal delays.

💡 Please note: until this date, you can pay for your stay freely and at your own pace, in one or more instalments, after payment of the 25% deposit at the time of booking.

Are CAF (VACAF) vouchers accepted?

Yes, our campsite has the Vacaf label, so you can benefit from assistance for your family holiday. On receipt of your entitlements, please provide us with your benefit number and department to submit your file. The aid will be validated at the time of booking, and you will not need to take any further steps with the CAF.

How do I modify a reservation?

To change your booking, please contact us in writing at least 15 days before your arrival. Changes are subject to availability and to the campsite’s agreement.

Upon validation, a new confirmation will be sent to you. A fee of €5 will be charged for each new request.

How do I cancel a reservation?

To cancel your booking, please notify us and your insurance company as soon as possible by telephone(02 51 58 05 74) or e-mail(info@camping-jardins-atlantique.com).

What to do if you arrive late?

In the event of unforeseen circumstances on the day of your arrival (delay, incident…), please let us know by telephone(02 51 58 05 74) or e-mail(info@camping-jardins-atlantique.com), so that we can organize your reception during opening hours.

Are pets allowed on the campsite?

Animals (vaccinated and tattooed) are only admitted under the permanent supervision of their owner (1 per pitch). 1st category attack dogs (pit bull type) are strictly forbidden.

Out of respect for other users and for the cleanliness of the site, let’s count on the civic-mindedness of every pet owner.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, subject to availability:
✔️ On our website, you will find a detailed map of the campsite,
✔️ All your criteria (proximity to services, shady location, orientation, etc.) will be taken into account.) will be taken into account,
✔️ The pitch or mobile home is allocated according to your comments,
✔️ It is possible to choose a specific number, and we will do our best to respect it, depending on booking dates and availability.

Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?

A security deposit will be required on arrival:
– 15 € for the barrier badge,
– 3 € for each compulsory wristband,
– 200 € for a rental.

This can be paid by cheque or credit card, and will be returned to you once the equipment has been returned in good condition and/or the site has been inspected.

Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

An additional tent on a mobile-home pitch is not permitted. We can offer you a pitch in the immediate vicinity of the mobile home (subject to availability) so that you can enjoy your loved ones while respecting everyone’s comfort and safety.

Can a minor come to the campsite alone?

In accordance with our internal regulations, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout their stay at our Saint-Jean-de-Monts campsite.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to groups of minors unaccompanied by a legal guardian or an adult designated as responsible, in order to preserve a calm, family environment within the campsite and to enable everyone to enjoy the aquatic facilities, wellness areas, tree-lined areas and entertainment in complete safety…

In the event of non-compliance with this rule, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice or explanation. For any additional request or clarification, please send an e-mail to the campsite.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival and departure times vary according to the period of your stay (low, mid or high season). You can check them on our ” Services ” page.

Can we bring our own barbecue?

For everyone’s safety: as the campsite is located on the edge of the state pine forest, a fire-sensitive area, a fire prevention plan is in place, and we must all respect it:
– Only personal gas barbecues are authorized on pitches or mobile home terraces, taking the usual precautions.
– For those looking for a charcoal barbecue, communal barbecues are available on the campsite.

This rule ensures the safety of your stay at our independent family campsite, while you enjoy a convivial moment of sharing around a family barbecue.

Do you offer cleaning packages?

Every holidaymaker tidies up and cleans his or her accommodation before departure, to ensure a pleasant stay for all and to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of mobile homes and pitches for future families.

Am I allowed to welcome a visitor during the day?

Yes, it’s possible to invite family and friends to stay with us during your stay.

Please inform reception in advance, to ensure the safety and comfort of all.
Important conditions:
– Daily visitors are not allowed access to the aquatic areas,
– Visitors must respect the campsite rules and regulations, and the calm, family atmosphere. They must leave the campsite before 10 p.m.

Do you have PMR (Person with Reduced Mobility) accommodation?

Enjoy a mobile home fully adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM): access ramp, wide doors, toilet – bathroom and kitchen adapted for wheelchair users, a spacious model with an extra-large central living room, ergonomic and close to all the campsite’s services.

Are sheets and towels provided?

For your comfort, each bed is equipped with a blanket and a 58 × 58 cm pillow, and a hygienic protection kit (disposable undersheet and pillowcase) is given to you on arrival.

You must bring your own bed linen, towels and household linen, so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay in our 4-star family campsite in the heart of nature at Saint-Jean-de-Monts.

Is it possible to rent a baby cot or high chair?

We do not provide cots, but some mobile homes have space for cots. We also offer the rental of baby highchairs for family stays.

Is the mobile home equipped with air conditioning?

Our mobile homes have no air conditioning. So you can enjoy the sea air of Saint-Jean-de-Monts and the campsite’s tree-lined setting, while staying in a sustainable, eco-responsible way.

Is smoking allowed in rental properties?

For reasons of comfort, safety and respect for other holidaymakers, rental accommodation is non-smoking.

What are the maximum dimensions for caravans and motorhomes?

Our family campsite in the forest offers spacious, tree-lined pitches, some of which are winding. Please let us know the length and width of your caravan or motorhome so that we can allocate a pitch to suit your equipment.

Are there special sites for motorhomes?

Motorhomes use the same pitches as caravans. To ensure accessibility and comfort, please let us know the length, width and height of your vehicle before you arrive.

What do I need to bring to the campsite to set up my tent/caravan?

Your personal belongings, a bit of good humour and… your swimsuit to enjoy the waterslides!

For campers with tents or caravans, each pitch has a 6 A power supply. Make sure you have a cable reel at least 25 m long… otherwise you risk an impromptu candlelit evening!

Is the pool supervised?

Our aquatic areas are unsupervised, and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Is the pool heated?

For your comfort and your family’s enjoyment, our aquatic areas are heated:
– Indoor pool: April 11 to September 20,
– Water slides and water games: May 14 to August 30, weekends and school vacations,
– Outdoor pool: July 4 to August 30.

Enjoy fun and games all year round.

Are there any activities planned at the pool?

Discover our aquatic areas: pools, Jacuzzi, waterslides and for the little ones: water games, paddling pool.

In high season (July/August), take part in our aquagym sessions, ideal for fun, relaxation and family get-togethers.

Do you have waterslides?

Yes, we have waterslides. They are heated, as is the water garden, from May 14 to August 30, weekends and school vacations.

What style of swimsuit is allowed?

Authorized swimwear includes: briefs, boxer shorts, bikinis (2-piece swimsuits) and one-piece swimsuits.

For the sake of hygiene and safety, the following are FORBIDDEN in pools and slides: long garments such as shorts / boxer shorts / jumpsuits / skirts / Bermuda shorts / full-coverage swimsuits, anti-UV tee-shirts, etc.

Infants must wear diapers specially designed for swimming, to comply with hygiene standards.

Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?

The aquatic areas and children’s workshop are reserved for holidaymakers. All visitors must report to reception and leave the campsite by 10:00 pm.

Do you have a kids’ club?

In July and August, the campsite offers children aged 4 to 8 the chance to take part in a children’s workshop, subject to registration.

Do I have to pay for the kids’ club?

To make sure your children, aged 4 to 8, have an unforgettable vacation, our children’s workshops are free with registration. They enable youngsters to have fun, discover new things and make new friends in complete safety, during their camping holiday in Saint-Jean-de-Monts.

Are there any shops on the campsite?

For your convenience, our 4-star campsite offers a grocery store, a bread and pastries depot every morning, as well as take-away and on-site catering.

Do you offer any entertainment at the campsite?

To preserve the calm and conviviality that is the charm of our campsite, we don’t have an entertainment team.

At the campsite, we encourage warm evenings with friends and family, with music, games, shows and themed meals to entertain young and old alike. Our cocktail bar is also a great place to socialize.

Does the campsite have an electric hook-up point?

No, our campsite does not offer charging stations for electric vehicles.

📌 Important : The electrical outlets available on the pitches are not intended for recharging vehicles.

To recharge your electric vehicle, we invite you to consult the map of nearby public charging stations, available on official websites or specialized apps: Chargemap or ChargeFinder.

Is there a launderette on the campsite?

Washing machines and tumble dryers are available at the campsite (tokens available at reception).

Are bicycles available for hire on site?

Our Les Jardins de l’Atlantique campsite is partnered with Cycl’Hop and offers a bike rental service so you can discover the region at your leisure and make the most of your stay in the heart of nature, riding along the many cycle paths in the Vendée.

Where is the nearest train station?

Saint-Jean-de-Monts can easily be reached from several railway stations:

Challans SNCF train station

About 20-25 minutes by bus or cab to Saint-Jean-de-Monts.

Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie SNCF station

About 15-20 minutes by bus or cab to Saint-Jean-de-Monts

Saint-Hilaire-Riez SNCF train station

About 15-20 minutes by bus or cab

Please note:

A bus service runs from the Nantes SNCF train station to the Saint-Jean-de-Monts bus station, then from the Saint Jean de Monts bus station to Les Jardins de l’Atlantique campsite: city bus.

How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?

The campsite has an on-site grocery store, where you can buy bread and pastries.

The Saint-Jean-de-Monts supermarkets are around 4.8 km from the campsite, easily accessible by car, city bus or bike.

Is there a shuttle bus in front of the campsite?

A Saint Jean de Monts city bus stop is located in front of the campsite, providing easy access to the town center in season.

The regional Aléop bus service, “La Littorale”, takes you to all the seaside destinations in northern Vendée, the Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie train station, the Saint-Jean-de-Monts bus station and the Port Fromentine ferry terminal at La Barre de Monts, where you can catch a boat to the Ile d’Yeu.

The beach shuttle is a practical way of getting around without a car, especially in summer.
